It was a bit of a surprise that the Premier Inn at Terminal 5 is actually a 20 pound cab ride from Terminal 5. Otherwise, the property, staff and room were nice. The best thing about the location is the walk to The White Horse pub which was a very nice old pub and friendly locals and servers.

Trotz der Nahe zur Startbahn von LHR sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. In den oberen Etagen gibt es zusätzlich einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Airport. Bei unserer Anreise lief jedoch leider nicht alles rund, wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Leider haben wir nur ein 1 Bett-Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen. Der Fehler wurde jedoch schnell behoben und wir haben ein Familienzimmer in der 4. Etage bekommen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es ein Restaurant/Sportbar mit besten Blick auf die Nordbahn. Eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel bring einen an die Terminals oder mit einem Umstieg auch zum Schliss Windsor. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Good lighting in the rooms, creates a perfect ambiance for a good night sleep. Great breakfast, perfect prior to our flight back. Short Uber ride to Heathrow. Great value than any hotels in central London.

Clean updated hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Conveniently located close to Terminal 5, which is why we stayed. Everyone staying is for the same purpose, Terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus that runs every half hour to Terminal 5. Easiest and cheapest way to the airport. Stops right outside the front door of the hotel. We had a family room. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would stay again.

This was an excellent hotel choice for our 2 night stay in London, when we had to be near the Heathrow airport. 6 minutes away from Heathrow terminal 5 by bus 423, the station was right in front of the hotel. The room was completely sound-proof, extremely clean, crisp bedsheets, very comfortable beds and quality bedding, AC, modern, nothing to complain about. Check-in and check-out was fast, we enjoyed a nice late night dinner at their restaurant, breakfast was also excellent, with hot breakfast items, English breakfast, fruits, pastries, good coffee and really nice and friendly staff. There are also vending machines with snacks available, they also have a coffee shop. We were very pleased, and we would book this hotel over and over again.

Alles in allem ok. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Flughafens (T5) via Uber oder kostenpflichtigem Hotel-Bus "hotel hoppa". Waschbecken war defekt (Ablauf ließ sich nicht öffnen) und Toilettenpapier war fast alle. Sauberkeit in Ordnung!

There ist nothing much to say as it was just a quick short stay as an overlay to the next flight. The Hotel was fast to reach by bus from Terminal 5 at London Heathrow. Check-in process was uncomplicated and fast, so we had the chance for a few hour nap before our next flight
