Good location to visit city and really nearby restaurants, groceries, park for dog, car park to book with apartment. Contact easy and friendly. Some furniture would appreciate renovation (stain on chairs) but staff was very nice in providing extra équipement like a bigger cooking pot.

It was OK but not great. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. Kitchen was functional, although not having a coffee maker was a significant downer. Washer worked however had talk to the office staff to get a drying rack, there is no dryer. The biggest issue was the filthy carpets in bedroom and hall. These should be replaced with vinyl flooring. I made sure we kept our socks on at all times. Also no checkout instructions, despite asking twice, so left keys in flat. Will probably look elsewhere when I need a place in London again.

Good communication between the office and us, it was a two bedroom flat, clean and quiet. Good value for the space you get.

The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. Window latches were unreliable, and a number of ceiling lights were out or flickering. Smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the balcony ledge. Bathrooms were solid and washing machine was perfect for us. The service was great, and space overall worked well for our family, but given other options available I would opt for another accommodation for a future trip

We stayed here 1 night 5 of us, it was clean comfortable and excellent value for money. The guy on reception was lovely very chatty polite and had a sense of humour. Only problem was communication there is no contact phone number to this property . Emails aren't answered. This is the only thing that let it down. I would stay here again

Check in easy. Quiet area near to professional schools and businesses. Nice shops and cafes in the area. Second bedroom over looks disposal site. Felt safe. Comes well equipped for short stays with cutlery, glasses etc
