The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The only thing we couldn’t do there was sleep. The room was unbearably hot and the token tiny fan that sounds like a jet didn’t really help. The bed I think was a small double so we were absolutely melting crammed next to each other. Handy and cheap but I can see why.

Great location, 2 mins walk from Edgware road and near paddington tube. Clean But extremely hot, there is no air in the small room i rent since the window gives into a little yard between walls and buildings. There is no AC in this room, it was really hot

The room was good and the location was great. But we were told that we’d get access information 2 days in advance but it only came on the day of our arrival. There wasn’t info about WiFi etc so I had to request it Admittedly it was a very hot day but the room was unbearably hot and the only respite was a small fan which made little difference.

Gut für einen Städtetrip

Das Apartment ist durch die Nähe zum (U-)Bahnhof Paddington und der U-Bahn Station Edgware Road super gelegen. Das Apartment war für uns passend, da wir den Tag durch immer unterwegs waren. Längere Zeit im Apartmen zu verbringen hätte uns nicht gereizt. Die Grösse des Apartments ist grundsätzlich okay, das Bad ist jedoch arg klein. Menschen, die grösser als 1.80m sind, stossen beim auf die Toilette hocken schier an das Lavabo…. Unser Apartment verfügte weder über eine Klimaanlage, noch über einen Geschirrspüler, dies einfach zur Info.

Nice flat, could use some soundproofing.

The property could have better soundproofing, the couple in the flat above this one were amourously loud between 12.30 am and 1.00 am, difficult for me to sleep. Overall nice condition if rather tight on space.

Struttura nuova recentemente ristrutturata. La stanza, sebbene compatta, era ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ideale, a breve distanza sia dalla stazione di Paddington che dalla fermata della metropolitana Edgware Road. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi punti di ristoro come Tesco, Greggs e Pret a Manger.

Bruyant et exigu

L’appartement est bien situé, propre et agréable sur le plan esthétique. L’accès est facile, et le lit plutôt confortable, bien que le rideau ne soit pas très efficace contre la lumière. Cependant, l’espace est très réduit, notamment dans la salle de bain, et la circulation entre le lit et la kitchenette est assez limitée. L’insonorisation est quasi inexistante, que ce soit entre les appartements, avec le couloir ou avec l’extérieur, rendant les bruits ambiants très présents. De plus, la porte d’entrée du bâtiment est particulièrement bruyante. Malgré un signalement à l’établissement, aucune solution n’a été proposée pour améliorer le confort du séjour. En raison de ces désagréments, il peut être difficile d’y passer un séjour reposant, surtout pour les personnes sensibles au bruit.

I liked the layout of the apartment and how well equipped it was. A nice surprise was the heated floor in the bathroom. Short distance to the tube station, shops and storage place was a bonus. The only thing I struggled with was carrying my heavy suitcases up/down the stairs to/from the 2nd floor. I wish the room was located on a lower floor.

A great find. Down the stairs at the back so difficult with heavy luggage, but quiet and private. Great location. Unit had tiny bathroom but was spacious in other areas. Not for those relying on internet as internet connection was a bit hit and miss, due probably to being on the lower ground level. Unit was a bit hot after being locked up for a few hours, but all ok at this time of year once windows and door opened. Summer? Not sure! Unit needs a toaster to completely fulfil our breakfast needs, but we would definitely stay again.
