Your home away from home in Dagenham with 4 bedrooms. This delightful house features 2 king beds, 1 murphy bed, and 1 full bed, perfect for a tranquil stay. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and bathtub, guests can relax and unwind. Additional single beds available at request to add in the bigger bedrooms (2) with king beds to sleep more people. Fall in love with Dagenham & enjoy the magic it has to offer. A local park for your leisure when you go out for a walk. A sofa bed in the living area can also be used as a bed for a child if required( 2 seater)

This beautiful & clean house is in a very calm neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. It has parking space for 2 cars and a beautiful well maintained garden.

Benefiting from 2 toilets, one downstairs and another upstairs, it enables privacy for people on both floors to use the bathroom/shower room privately.
A side gate as the property is an end of terrace house for guests to come through the side gate for privacy if hosting

I liked the location and the room sizes. What I didn't like: 1. I sent an email and a message on the platform to the property host to inquire about a few things, but there has been no response to date. 2. Poor internet connectivity 3. Boiler not heating water: The boiler did not heat the water; there were errors on the boiler suggesting the pressure was low . I have photos and, if needed, will share. 4. Dirty: visibly dirty inside the property.

Adequate

The property reminded me of staying with your college buddy right after graduation when he/she can't afford anything else. It's better than nothing at all, but certainly not an ideal place to be. It was a location with the advertised number of rooms and amenities and nothing more. It was very 'lived in' so don't expect a model apartment if you book it. It was not ramshackle, but there seemed to be no effort made at all to make it feel anything more than just a place to sleep. The bathroom, for example, had broken/uneven tiles that my daughter cut her foot on, and there was some mold in the shower. The selection of dishes was hosgepodge and shelving storage messy.In fairness to the host, it's hard to find any place at a reasonable price for a family in/around London, so it was at least an affordable option, and the host was reachable and and responsive.It is about a 20 minute walk from the tube station, and there are limited options for groceries/dining out in the area if you're on foot, but the trains run often and it's about an hour ride into central London.If you book, manage your expectations about the conditions in which you'll be staying.
