Two Bedroom Apartment with Balcony
Summary:
An incredible two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a newly developed apartment building, with balconies to the front and rear of the apartment, overlooking the city, and Regent's Canal.
The Space:
This dual aspect apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building, with elevator access.
The open plan living area and kitchen, enjoys a large balcony to the front of the building with views across London. A smart TV, comfortable seating area and fully-fitted kitchen create a relaxing and convenient environment.
Two bedrooms are both fitted with King-size beds, with an option to convert to Twin-size beds on request. Each with a large balcony to the rear of the property with peaceful views of Regent's Canal. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the master bathroom features a bath with lovely marble detailing.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of this property.
The Neighborhood:
The St Pancras Residences are neatly placed in between King's Cross and Camden along Regent's Canal. The apartment building is in a modern, gated development, and the surrounding area is a perfect combination of convenience and peaceful enjoyment, with plenty of transport links, shops and food outlets less than a 10 minute walk away.
Nearby Granary Square & Coal Drops Yard are the beating heart of King's Cross, with an amazing array of shops and dining experiences. Check out the Canopy Market which takes place over the weekend offering a range of fresh produce, artisan food and handmade crafts.
Getting Around:
Camden Town London Underground Station is under a 10 minute walk away, nearby King's Cross St Pancras and Euston are major London terminals with easy access to anywhere in the city along with National and International railway links.
Other Things to Note:
This is a single level, 4th floor apartment accessible via elevator or stairs. Please note there is a small 5ft flight of stairs to access the apartment building entrance from street level.
Portable air-conditioning is available in this property.
Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £8.50 per night.
Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and/or linen changes on request are available for a fee. Please speak to the team to arrange this.
For same-day reservations, we'll always do our best to have your apartment ready as quickly as possible. While we aim for a 3:00 pm check-in, same-day bookings may experience a delay as our team prepares your space.
