You will love this modern, perfectly formed, well equipped studio flat located in the Tower Hill area. Close to numerous transport links including Underground stations, Light Railway station and bus routes.

Ultra stylish and modern entire studio flat located in the heart of Central London, giving easy access to all of London’s extensive range of attractions. The apartment is located within a short walk from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London which are two of London’s most iconic landmarks and provides an ideal base from which to explore the delights of the city.

LOCATION AND ATTRACTIONS
The apartment is well served by public transport links which include Tower Hill and Aldgate East tube stations which are within the central Zone 1 network and allow easy access to London’s West End, Bond Street, Oxford Street, Covent Garden and the South Bank just to name a few. Numerous bus stops and the Docklands Light Railway are also within a short walk giving you some further transport options if you need them.

A little closer to home there is also a wealth of attractions and points of interest all within walking distance of the flat. These include St Katherine’s Docks which is a wonderfully quiet waterside enclave in the city which hosts numerous bars and restaurants, and also the uber-trendy areas of Brick Lane, Spitalfields and Shoreditch which are quite possibly the trendiest parts of London and also house a wealth of boutique and vintage shops, buzzing bars, cool restaurants and lively nightlife.

Also worth a special mention is that directly next to the flat lies one of London’s best kept secrets - Wiltons Music Hall which is the world’s oldest surviving example of an original music hall and host’s regular plays and shows as well as a wine bar.

FLAT SPECIFICATION AND FACILITIES
The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard including modern fitted kitchen, solid Bamboo floors and a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The apartment also extends to a south facing balcony area with table and chairs outside with a quiet outlook. The block also boast’s use of a heated indoor swimming pool and steam room which guests are free to use. The bed and mattress has just been replaced so you'll be sure of a comfortable night's sleep also!
