    Thoughtfully laid out across five floors, this bright and expansive home blends timeless Georgian architecture with modern comforts. The property includes three well-sized bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, and two reception rooms, offering both comfort and versatility. A private balcony sits at the top of the house—ideal for morning coffee or quiet evening moments.



    Clean interiors, quality furnishings, and a considered design make the home suitable for working, relaxing, or entertaining.

    Guest Access:

    The property operates with a self check-in process. Guests will collect keys from a secure location near the property. Full instructions are provided in advance of arrival, ensuring a smooth and straightforward check-in experience. Once inside, guests have exclusive use of the entire home for the duration of their stay.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located on a quiet residential street in central Islington, the property benefits from both a neighbourhood feel and proximity to city highlights. Upper Street is a short walk away, known for its wide variety of restaurants, independent shops, cafés, wine bars, and local boutiques.



    Green spaces such as Highbury Fields and Regent’s Canal are nearby, offering options for walks, fresh air, and recreation. The immediate area also includes several food markets, bakeries, grocery shops, and cafés—providing all the essentials within a short distance.



    Nearby areas such as Angel, Highbury & Islington, and King’s Cross offer a mix of entertainment, transport connections, and access to wider London. Coal Drops Yard is also within easy reach, home to design-led shops, restaurants, and art galleries.



    Getting Around:

    The home is well connected via local transport links:

    • Angel Underground Station – approx. 0.6 miles
