The Chelsea Cottage by Hok Living

The Chelsea Cottage by HoK Living is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Chelsea. This home’s living areas are decorated in soft taupes and whites and have super-smart furniture, complemented by stylish black & white photography. The master bedroom’s cute space, with its comfy double-size bed and an en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the living room has a sofa which converts to a double-size bed. There’s a rear patio garden too.

The area is leafy and pleasant, and you’ll find several local pubs and eateries nearby. The cottage is positioned in a privately gated development. You’re not far from shop-lined Fulham & King’s Road, and it’s a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station, Fulham Broadway.

We utilize Superhog, a third-party service, for advanced guest screening and property damage protection. This service safeguards against property damage up to a specified limit.

Cottage très mignon et spacieux. Le gestionnaire de la location (HoK) est très réactif. Echange par mail rapide pour un problème sur le tuyau de douche, il a été changé dans la journée!A noter que la maison est assez proche d'une voie de chemin de fer.

Good property except for broken dryer and hot water issues

Our family of 4 (3 adults, 1 teenager), stayed at the Chelsea Cottage for a week and a half. The space was adequate for our needs. Here are the pros and cons of the property:Pros:-Good location. 10 min walk from Fulham Broadway Tube station and Sainsbury’s grocery store. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access on District Tube line in and out of central London. The area is safe and clean. The property is in a closed-vehicle-access side neighborhood.-Responsive and friendly host. Prompt responses to our questions and concerns, even replying quickly on nights and weekends. The host sent a maintenance person to address and fix a refrigerator freezer problem on the next business day. Cons:-Non-working dryer. We chose this property due to its advertised washer and dryer. The dryer (which is outdoors in a shed) was non-functional and was not repaired or replaced during our stay. The host was already aware of this problem when I raised it. We dried our clothes on the provided drying rack instead. -Hot water heating unit problems. We had to reset the hot water heating unit every single time we needed hot water. Several times, we had to reset the hot water heating unit in the middle of a shower. The host sent a maintenance person to look at the issue but did not repair it during our stay.This property would be good if the dryer and hot water heater were repaired/replaced and working.

Great stay for London Football/Tourism Trip

my friends and I came to England to watch football and hit the major tourist attractions. This place was the perfect place for us. Right next to Stamford Bridge (Chelsea) and minutes from the Fulham Broadway tube stop on the district line meant we have travel and football right at our fingertips. I would highly recommend anyone coming to London to stay here!

Enjoyed our stay!

My wife, two adult children, and I stayed in the Chelsea Cottage for about a week. It's in a great location, just a short walk from the Fulham Broadway tube station, and close to grocery stories, restaurants, shops, etc. Since it's off of the main street and in a gated community, there's little if any road noise, and we never once heard our neighbors even though walls are shared. The house is under a flight path, so you'll hear planes passing overhead when you're outside, but it's hardly noticeable inside the house. Additionally, there are railway tracks nearby, but the trains are short, not very loud, and rarely pass by late at night. The house is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is equipped with the basics you need to cook some meals at home. The dining room is big enough for four to sit comfortably, and the living area is roomy enough to spread out a bit. We had plenty of towels and bed linens, as well as a few dishwasher detergent tabs, bin liners, etc., to get started with before running to the shops. If you arrive early and can't check in, you can check your luggage with Radical Storage, who have a location just steps from the Fulham Broadway station, for a reasonable price. The Fox and Pheasant is right at the entrance to the neighborhood and is a very pleasant pub -- great for a pint or a bite to eat. All in all, we had a great stay at The Chelsea Cottage, and would definitely stay there again.

The proximity to the train was a 7 min. walk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a wonderful powerful blow dryer which was a plus. Door handles were a little hard to open but cute looking. The apartment overall is exactly like the pictures and spacious enough for my family of 6 for a short stay. Some tight spaces but we're flexible.

Chelsea Lemon

This was a second choice and proved to be poorly located for general London touring and poorly arranged for 4 people—and we were all family. . Not good at all for two couples due to bathroom locations and marginal facilities.
