It features multiple lounges, a private gym, and an indoor swimming pool full air conditioning, and fully-equipped private garden – all just minutes from Regent’s Park and Lord’s Cricket Ground.

Nestled within the City of Westminster, the area has long attracted artists, musicians, and families alike — offering a quieter, more residential feel while still being exceptionally well-connected.



Just a short walk from the house, Regent’s Park offers formal gardens, open fields, and access to ZSL London Zoo. Lord’s Cricket Ground, often referred to as the “Home of Cricket,” is also nearby and hosts international matches and museum tours. The immediate surroundings offer a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city, with picturesque streets, classic architecture, and a strong sense of community.



St John’s Wood High Street is the local hub, just 0.5 miles away, featuring a mix of upmarket shops, cosy cafés, independent boutiques, and well-regarded restaurants such as The Ivy, Soutine, and Panzer’s Delicatessen. This home includes a platform lift, similar to a wheelchair-accessible design. The property is arranged over five floors and includes multiple staircases. While the lift provides access between all levels, guests should be comfortable navigating stairs throughout their stay.



There is also a private gym room on-site, available for guest use. Please note that use of gym equipment is entirely at your own risk, and guests are responsible for supervising any children in or near the gym and swimming pool space. No instruction or personal training is provided. The pool is separated by a heavy glass door and may require servicing during guest stay.



Functional gas fires are located in the kitchen and main lounge; there is underfloor heating in winter and air conditioning in summer; guests should note these may require servicing during their stay.
