Immer wieder gerne!!

The kind gentleman at the hotel absolutely saved us when our coach was cancelled last minute at 10pm. When we arrived, we explained what had happened and he actually gave us a free upgrade from single twin beds, to a double room with double beds. Thank you! Room was also very clean and a good size. The ensuite was in great condition, and towels/bedding were immaculate. The price was also very good, especially for central London.

Good value budget hotel room. Clean and tidy. A bit small but you get what you pay for. Everything worked, somethings better than other but I can't really complain given the price.

A great little hotel a few minutes walk from the west end theatres and Victoria coach/train station. No frills and basic but very clean and the staff were lovely. We didn't have any issues or require any assistance. We had a quadruple room situated in the basement accessed by steep narrow stairs, there's no lift here. Might pay a little more in future for somewhere that does breakfast, as locally there isn't much that is budget friendly or that does more than pastries! We were here for a show and its about a 15 minute walk up to Victoria Palace Theatre.

Hotel was lovely and clean. No food options and a lot of stairs if you’re on the top floor. Rooms 16,17,18 there are around 76 stairs to climb with cases. No lift. Staff welcoming and very friendly. We had breakfast at premier inn a 5 minute walk away.
