Very bad hotel. The door of the hotel room was broken and we are locked outside the room without out luggage. The manager promised us to refund one night because we cant get into the room for nearly 5 hours, and we only have a second-hand room on morning 4am, without cleaning the room, bad conditions. But then the manager reject to refund the night (more than 90EUR). We have asked couple times if we need the certificate for it, and they said no. So angry and disappointed for booking this hotel. Preferring not to choose this hotel if you want to have good travel experience in London.
