We only stayed one night and it’s perfect for a night. There was no tea or coffee in the room and the room was very basic, we paid £100 for a room with two double beds which I believe is fair for what we got. The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation. The location is great for shops and food, and hyde park especially.

The staff is friendly, but the property lies about the rooms, pictures are way different than reality, ours was very small we could barely fit our luggage let alone walking inside of it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms do need more amenities like an iron and an ironing board, my room was missing soaps and shampoo, good thing I had my own. The location is easily accessible by London transit and is close to restaurants on Queensway street.

Stayed here for one night while visiting London with my friends. Staff went above and beyond and we had a great experience staying here. Rooms were clean and spacious and location was great. Only thing I would mention would be that rooms did get a little warm, but nothing unbearable as the weather allowed for it. But had a good experience, would stay here again!

The hotel is located in my favorite part of London with the Queensway tube station and Paddington Train and Tube Station close by. Staff was friendly and helpful, early check-in wasn’t possible but I could leave my luggage in a storage room which was good. When I could get into my room later that day it was rather spacious for London and seemed clean. There was nothing to put my stuff away, not even a coat hook for a jacket or a place to put used towels on, basically no furniture besides a bed and a small nightstand. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. When I had closed the window I noticed after maybe half an hour that the small bathroom smelled very strongly of mold. Still an alright stay for just one night but for a longer stay maybe not the best option.

Rooms were clean and well presented (although personally as two girls could’ve done with a full length mirror). Reception was clean and the man working was amazing. Truly made the experience he was so lovely and friendly and definitely makes us want to return. Rooms are on the smaller size but a great base for exploring and can’t fault with the price at all. Would definitely recommend
