This was the worst experience in my life. I do not recommend this place at all. The Staff and Manager were rude and disrespectful, after i complained about the cleanliness of the apartment. They don’t clean the apartment and told me that the cleaner comes once a week. And mind you I stayed here for 9 nights. Requested for change of towels and the manager calls and started screaming at me telling me all sorts of nonsense. Please I repeat do not stay here, the staff and the manager are rude and don’t care. There’s no ounce of customer service and they feel so proud like you’re doing them a favor staying here. Terrible overall and would not recommend.

Just be aware that this property has no air conditioning. If you are going in the summer, they provide only fans. I went in August and it was hot, the fans weren’t enough. The manager of the property was terrible. We waited outside for almost an hour before the house keeper came to give us the keys. We were two hours early for check in and they charged for that. In total my experience was bad. I wanted to leave but they refused to refund my money.

Although the apartments are modern, clean and well situated, we had a terrible experience with lack of some basic necessities, the service provided and the people providing it. We rented two apartments and they “couldn’t” get the AC to work, so we had to rely on fans with temperatures every night exceeding 30C with two elderly and a toddler. We had to extend our stay for health reasons, we couldn’t as there was no one in the “lobby” most of the time, so we had to do a new reservation which was ok as the price per night was the same, but it also meant paying the “mandatory” extra fees twice for each apartment, so we ended up paying four times for services that were never fulfilled.. let alone the nasty odours from the garbage that you smell everytime in and out of the main entrance, the attitude of the “caregiving” personnel, no answers to our emails, and last but not least, we asked to checkout at 8h30am in the morning just for the checkout to take forever.. we missed our train, paid for new train tickets and almost missed our flight. Lack of basic necessities, predatory practices, poor service quality and the list goes on. Avoid and save yourself from a terrible London experience.

Well, the place is quite big, nice & quite, comfortable beds, lounge with big tv & sofa. Kitchen not bad. Don´t use the dishwasher at night. sometimes it doesn´t turn off... if you are staying more than 2 days, bring your own shampoo & soap. the neighbourhood is quite good, several supermarkets & several restaurants. Nice for a walk. If you want to try the worst & most expensive fish & chips, there´s one on a corner on the main road close to the underground, forgot the name, could be fish & creeps...

Noisy but nice

The apartment was spacious and clean and easy walking distance to London/Tower bridge. Noise will affect light sleepers. While there were limited supplies in the apartment a local supermarket was located on the return journey from the tube station, where we bought our own bathroom supplies and washing powder. While some parts of the local area are unsavoury the restaurants and pubs in the “Running Horses” area were walking distance with Pizza Union a stand out. The manager was always responsive to our requests and would action requests almost immediately.

The apartment is located next to Brick Lane and other local attractions. Their receptionist based near or inside the building, he is extremely responsive and helpful when issue arise. The apartment was also modernly furnished and spacious. The deposit was not needed and only needed when you broke something. The cleaning fee was reasonable.

Buena estancia.

El apartamento está muy bien.- es amplio y moderno, con la salvedad que éramos tres con una sola cama de matrimonio. La tercera persona tenía que dormir en el suelo con los cojines del sofá de la sala. Se echa en falta un sofá cama como tal o una cama supletoria. La limpieza la hacen cada dos-tres días. Por lo demás, está muy cerca del London Tower y Tower Bridge para ir dando un paseo; también muy cercana la estación de metro Aldgate East.
