My absolute favorite on my 8 day solo trip. Great location, amazing staff, and had a good entertainer. Highly recommend the Penthouse. Was the nicest room I've ever stayed in.

Excellent location hotel was clean but it is in need of refurbishment. Just tired and dated a bit. Breakfast was ok not the best I've had but was ok. Couldn't fault the staff or the cleanliness. With regards to value for money prob paid a bit more than it's worth

We stayed while we attended a wedding elsewhere very spacious room just needs a wee up date as no changing plug sockets the bathroom is looking old needs up dated we had an amazing view of the foyle river and guild hall looked stunning at night all lit up staff were so lovely breakfast was so many choices to have really enjoy it and lovely strong coffee we didn’t get to use the bar as we were out but it looks good I just didn’t like the charge of £14 a night for car parking under the hotel but hopefully we will visit again soon

Location is great. The pool was warm and enjoyable. Slept well because the room had blackouts and comfortable temperature. Shower had great water pressure even on the 5th floor. We would stay there again.
