The rooms were clean and comfortable. One thing people need to know is that there's no elevator. If you need a 1st floor room, the hotel needs to know that when you make a reservation. The very nice front desk clerk said you can write it in the comments or requests section of your reservation.

Front desk staff extremely rude. Need coaching in customer service and attitude. For $255 per night you would think they would be more welcoming.Pool key did not work. We only spent one night there as we were traveling through, but would never return.

Accueil juste passable. Chambre qui n'a certainement pas évoluée depuis les années 70. Vieille moquette partout dans l'hôtel. Salle de bain à refaire, wc salle..Petit déjeuner insipide avec couverts assiettes en plastique. Honteux pour ce tarif.

Comfortable and clean! Friendly staff. Gave us a space to store our extra stuff so we wouldn’t attract bears in the Whitney Portal parking lot while we were backpacking and summiting Whitney. Great, comfy bed before heading up the trail!
