「This was a beautiful property in a lovely residential area close enough to downtown for a nice walk. My grandchildren were delighted with the pool (as were the adults who were happy that it was heated). The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and outfitted with top of the line appliances. The hosts are also very friendly and generous and seek to make your stay a real pleasure. Would absolutely stay again when we would want more than 2 bedrooms (the house has 5 spacious ones).」

「Driftwood Cottage has everything you need for a dreamy Midwest lake holiday. The home is comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need whether beach chairs, toys, towels or board games later on. Management is easy to reach and responsive.The beach itself is private, close and even has parking. Our family loved the experience and look forward to returning. 」

「The location was PERFECT. Just a 5 minute walk down a sandy path to a beautiful beach and Lake Michigan! The tiny cottage was perfect for two people. The bed however is very very hard. If you’re young you’d be okay, but us older folks don’t do well on firm beds lolOther than that our weekend stay was perfect!」

「Quiet, well stocked with basics for cooking, relaxation. We had some trouble getting streaming to stay engaged to internet, but only meant that we watched less TV, which worked for us. We would rent with you and this place specifically again.」

It gave off heat or just soft light. We drove to the outlet mall and 2 farmers markets. We had an amazing mother daughters weekend and will definitely come back again.」

「Our stay here was wonderful!! It is a beautiful space. I love antiques charm- this place had it all. Beautiful wood, comfy furniture. Our host even left snacks and drinks for us! It was quiet and comfortable. Communication was great and check-in was super easy. I wish we were able to get there early enough to enjoy the restaurant downstairs. You would never even know it is there- quiet and no smell of food in the apartment. I absolutely plan to book again either for a ND game or a...

「The Blue Bird House was perfect for our brief stopover near Indiana Dunes to visit with friends. Communication was excellent! Check in and check out was easy-peasy! Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Fenced yard was great for giving our dog a little room to stretch. Bunkbeds were perfect for our teens. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I would definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.」

「The homeowners were great and worked with us to get us into the house, Vrbo has not helpful and made things extremely difficult. The check-in problem was not with the homeowners it was with VRBO's lack of communication!」
