To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on……

“Good location for restaurants and MoMa PS1. Easy to find. Extra charge when arriving that is not mentioned in the listing. No instructions in room on connecting to WiFi. Thin walls, uncomfortable beds. Was probably great as a Sonder, but has gone downhill.”

“When my wife and I arrived, we found that the property was not as described in the photos. There is no sofa / sitting area. The trash cans had trash in them, and there was trash on the floor. “I wasn’t even able to get into the room . I contacted the host after self check in which me and many other people weren’t getting our access code to enter the building. The ones who got the code were leaving because other families were in their room already. One big disaster and and great disappointment to my family who came down to visit.”
