“This place is terrible, and horrible. Inside and outside. I could not even stay there. False advertising nothing like the pictures or what is stated. The owner attitude stinks. Then because I did not stay there because of how run down the place is. She said the money is non refundable and if I did not do my research. She is definitely not showing me real condition of that place or surroundings. Because no one will book Ellen Bay. And the location is very far off in the country. If I could give……

The room was clean but had to ask the front desk for fresh towels after two days since there was no room cleaning until we asked for fresh towels.
