With easy access to popular attractions like Kalahari water park, Camelback ski area, and outlets, there's something for everyone to enjoy. And when you're not out exploring, you can relax in the comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace and 65" Smart TV or gather for a meal in the spacious dining area that can accommodate up to 18 people. The attached game room offers even more entertainment, with a pool table, ping pong, poker table, and foosball. Your group will have plenty of space to spread out, with a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located throughout the property. Book now for the ultimate Poconos vacation experience!

We booked this house for a week long multi family vacation and could not be happier with our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for each family to have their own space yet still feel like they were part of the group. We never felt like we were limited on space. All amenities were as described and updated. We used both kitchens, the grill and fire pit. The pool and hot tub were used daily and both felt clean and safe. An absolute must rent for any large group looking for a staycation!

Perfect for a group!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a big girl's trip and it was perfect! The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all to hang out. We ended up having a rainy weekend, but we used the incredible indoor space to hang out and play games! Highly highly recommend!! Great location! Plenty of parking in the driveway. We have 10 cars with room to spare.

Great Friend Getaway!

Our group of 28 had a fabulous long weekend at the house! The layout was great and it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. It also had a really nice central hang out space. Annual College Reunion

The 12 adults and 9 kids staying here at Eugene’s property in long pond had an excellent experience. There was plenty of space to cook, eat, swim, table game and run around in the backyard. The house was stocked with exactly what we were told would be there, everything worked and it was a clean home. Eugene was a great communicator during the booking and during our stay. If you’re looking for a fun and spacious house I would highly recommend this property!

Gathering

We had a lovely stay in this house. We were 5 families with children ages 12 and up. Everyone is so busy with their lives so this house gave us the opportunity to slow down and make memories together. The house was clean and comfortable. The few issues we saw in the reviews were addressed and fixed. The one issue we had was unforeseen and inconvenient but we were able to resolve it. The amount of space and things to do on grounds made this a good spot for our family. We plan to return in the future.

Fabulous Property

Even though we didn’t have the most cooperative weather for half the week, we absolutely loved our stay at this home. The bedrooms are scattered across the house, allowing for quiet spaces when kids go down early. Pool is heated, without being uncomfortable. Hot tub was clean. Yard was huge and well maintained. Our entire group enjoyed our stay both inside and outside. Neighborhood was peaceful and deer filled, which the kids loved seeing on our walks. Host was responsive to questions. Only complaint would be more kitchen supplies (we were a group of 16) that would allow for less “batch” cooking. We also needed to buy aluminum sheet trays and baking dishes. Other than that, 10/10.

Great for a big group!

We spent a week here with four other families - a big group of friends, 10 adults and 10 kids (ages 2-12). It was a wonderful house for us! Highlights were the pool, the hot tub, the big backyard, the fire pit, the ample living space, and the fact that everything was well kept and in good condition. The pool was really spectacular, and it was great to be able to move easily from indoors to the pool deck, especially so we could keep an eye on the kiddos. The downsides: 1) the bed allocation is a little awkward, so we couldn’t split the kids from the adult couples as much as would have been optimal; 2) the beds are fine, but not especially comfy, and the sheets slide around on the mattresses; 3) the kitchen is only minimally stocked with cooking gear - we had to buy a bunch of disposable roasting pans and pizza pans, for instance, and there was only one spatula (maybe two); and finally 4) the oven is extremely ineffective on its normal setting, but works decently well on the convection setting. Also: there were no plastic plates or cups for kids - although the only people who broke glasses during our stay were adults. :) None of those things hampered our enjoyment of the property. It’s spacious, light-filled, and an overall fabulous place for a large group. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the house was clean when we arrived and being cleaned again as we left, and Eugene was responsive when we had questions. We’d happily rent this place again.

Great house for our 3-generation family vacation

We stayed for 1 week in August 2023 (3 generations: 8 adults and 7 children ages 21 months to 16 years). Excellent property for our group: Loved the pool and the hot tub. Lots of chairs and lounges outside. The huge lawn area was perfect for the games we brought like cornhole and bocce ball. The fire pit has great seating. The bar area counters were excellent for setting up games, puzzles, kids’ snacks, etc. There’s a refrigerator right there. The game room is nearby and well air conditioned. The main living area was wide open with lots of room. Our whole group was able to fit at the large dining table for family meals (and there’s another table for overflow). The kitchen refrigerator is large, makes ice and has a water dispenser inside. There’s a powder room and a laundry room between the living/kitchen area and the bar/game rooms. The bedrooms are very spread out. Two (and a full bathroom) are on the main floor. The 6 second floor bedrooms are separated: three are over the living area (with a full bathroom) and three (plus a full bath) are accessed by a separate staircase by the game room. We found the beds to be comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, there was a bit of a cleanliness issue (spots on the floor that could have been cleaner), but the bathrooms were spotless. Just FYI: bring pool towels, wash cloths, grill tools, hair dryers and a bug zapper. We brought our Amazon Fire Sticks which worked well. The nearby ShopRite has InstaCart delivery.

Highly Recommend this House!

We stayed at this property for 5 days with my whole family- there were 24 of us- all ages. This home could not have been more perfect!! It was clean, spacious and fun. We all agreed we would totally rent this home again. It was also close to stores, water parks, etc. The owner was amazing with communicating when I had to message him- he replied back immediately.
