The property was full of fun things to do! We loved the Hot Tub, the games and movies available and the space was amazing! There were areas for all to gather and also for enough areas for people to have privacy. We had an awesome time during our stay!

House has a lot to offer

Lots of instructions on how to use everything as well as checking out. So many ways to stay entertained, I couldn’t even use the fooseball or pool tables, the hot tub or fire pit because of a funeral in the family and lots of out of state relatives to catch up with. Over all the house was very nice and Comfortable. Communication was good too

Bday weekend

House was very clean upstairs sofa had stains, but was comfortable couldnt get the jacuzzi to turn on but still enjoyed soaking. Overall the place was great enjoyed feeding the deer. Woyld definitely come back again.

Family get away

My family goes to the poconos once a year. We had a wonderful time at Pepe’s. Wish the weather cooperates more. It was cold and windy on Saturday. The house is very roomy, close to a lake where some of our group fished.

Ski Vacation

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minute drive to several grocery stores. The technology in the house is unmatched. Each room has it’s own mini split HVAC system. The owner was very responsive, polite, and professional. Our kids had fun in the basement.

Had a good time hosts were responsive just a few suggestions below.

Garbage in driveway steps to den need railings fireplace in den needs fireplace tools heat needs to be adjusted. Do not like to pay a cleaning fee and then told that the cleaning fee was for before we arrived and we needed to clean. Had a good time homeowners responsive just a few little suggestions. No use of hot tub was a bummer.

Spacious, remote, but disrepair and cameras watch common spaces

The impression is of a house once loved that has fallen into disrepair. Thoughtful touches that are more permanent like labels on drawers and head protection for the hot tub remain. But many items are broken, lamps, decor, kitchen items scratched and missing. One of the pull-out sleeper couches is blocked by a heavy pool table. The hot tub was thickly coated with a white powder and smelled strongly of bleach. When we message to ask what the substance was we were informed curtly that it was fine and that the caretakers managed the hot tub professionally. The trash must be taken out to avoid fines imposed by the owner but disposal is only available on certain days and closes in inclement weather. The contract sent after booking includes cameras that watch the living room common spaces which is also where the spare sleeping area is. The caretakers refused to release us from the contract and return the deposit. Those staying in the common areas resolved to change clothes in the bathrooms- and we went ahead with the rental. For positives, the indoor wooden fireplace worked and the shed had a pile of wood to use which was genuinely appreciated. The kitchen/living/dining room combo affords an open space for groups to hang. There are walks nearby and winter activities. The nearest houses are shielded by trees so one feels remote- though again the cameras watch you. Though we had a lovely time together we would not return and do not recommend in its current state.

House was clean, convenient and cozy. Kids (10-15) had a great time. This house has an interesting layout that kids enjoyed plus Fuzzball and tons of games. Turnkey option for family stay, dishes, pots&pans, everything easily located. Check-in was easy and host very responsive to queries. I look forward to staying again. Also, 10mins to Kalahari indoor water park and 13mins (all back roads) to Camel Back.

Great Family Getaway

The house and amenities were perfect for a family vacation. Host provided an assortment of amenities indoors during our winter vacation. Location was perfect for outdoor activities and local shopping centers. It was like a home away from home!

This property is very understated!! It's all you could ever want and more, whether it be family/fun.

Romantic?? Seclusion? All in fun without having to go out? Truly a place that meets any need you may have, supported by a great team of husband and wife. Nature surrounds you with a quiet comfort, a family of deer that love to spend time with you and enough amenities to keep your every desire satisfied! Be it relaxation or a good ruckus with your family. There's no way to miss the mark here., don't give it a second thought you've found the paradise you're looking for at Pepe Lepew's chateau!!!

It was so peaceful and relaxing. The deer were coming up really close for us to feed them in "our" back yard! My daughter said, "It does something for your soul to see animals out in nature." It's so true.

The hosts are amazing…the property is BEAUTIFUL!!! We had the best time!!!!

The most peaceful place to relax, reset, and enjoy everything Mother Nature has!!! There were 5 adults and 3 preteens, plenty of room, games and things to keep you occupied if you just want to hang in!! It was nothing short of amazing!! Spacious but cozy

This place was even better than we imagined-two living/family rooms (one on each level) which gave our group, inc. 2 teens & 1 toddler, plenty of space to relax. The fusball was a big hit. Watching the snowfall while in the hot tub was something we won’t forget. There was a TV in every bedroom plus very comfortable mattresses & plush pillows. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with every cabinet labeled. We were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner for 9! A fire in the large stone fireplace during dinner added to the celebration.

Wonderful Property.

The property owners, Mike and Debbie, were wonderful to deal with. We contacted them a couple times throughout the week with questions and they always responded quickly. The property was very clean and well maintained. The whole family enjoyed feeding the deer that came every morning and evening. We would love to stay at the property again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent vacation!

If you are vacationing in the Pocono's and need extra room compared to the surrounding resorts without breaking the bank, then Pepe's Chateau is pretty ideal. Definitely would recommend to families that want to do a bunch of different things in the Pocono's during their stay.

Great weekend getaway

The house was located at an are where the family could have fun and privacy.

Our family enjoyed the piece and quite. The kids loved the visit from the deer. The hot tub was a plus for the kids. We loved that the rooms had individual temperature settings.. Our stay was AWSOME!🙂
