Beachplace Penthouse Gulf Front Paradise

PENTHOUSE, DOUBLE BALCONIES, breathtaking wide sweeping straight on views of the Gulf and Bay make our Beachplace condo a true paradise on Longboat Key. This sought after resort is gated on the south end of the island close to the famous Saint Armands Circle, Publix’s and many highly rated restaurants. If you are looking for luxury, this newly decorated updated condo with beautiful wood floors, top of the line appliances, high end furnishings, beautiful granite, tankless water heater and remote blinds are just a few of the highlights that pamper you during your stay. The Master Bedroom features floor-to-ceiling remote curtains that open with a push of a button to the lanai with a straight shot view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the Guest Room looks out over Sarasota Bay. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, 2nd bedroom has additional bunk beds, Smart TVs and private bathrooms. Living room features, floor to ceiling push of a button remote curtains, 55 inch SMART HD TV and queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress and an extra portable Murphy twin size bed. A portable crib is available per request. Perfect place to put your feet up and relax!

Beachplace

We have had a wonderful holiday here. The condo is beautiful, very clean and tidy. Decor beautiful and lovely furniture and beds. We will definitely stay here again.
