“We truly enjoyed our stay here! This villa is just beautiful and the hosts are quick to respond and so friendly and helpful. The backyard is like your own personal oasis. There’s lush gardens and trees, outdoor seating, a pool, and a doggy play yard - all of which is fenced in. They also have guest laundry and a bunch of outdoor/beach equipment for guests. It’s not exactly on the water, but with just a short walk across the street and you’re right there at Manatee River. The area where it’s……

“Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. “This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything the area has to offer.”

“The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.”

“after we booked this property, we were told it wasn’t available. we were giving something off the books but the same owner. last house on the left(right). neighborhood was scary, house was scary, not clean! gecko poop all over the place!!!!!!!! the entire place was wooded and lots of rotting wood. the bathroom/laundry was once a front porch and the shower had a window that was not covered by anything so anyone could have seen in. will never use this vrbo again.”
