  • Located just 150 yards from Crescent beach, this side of our duplex offers a 2 bedroom and 1 bath villa, and is in the heart of the South Village, within steps of numerous restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, drug store, and things to do!

    Here you can enjoy a heated salt water neighborhood pool, private beach access, and your own personal beach gear to use!

    The villa is one half of a duplex, and highlights a private fenced-in patio, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

John is a great host and responds quickly. The villa is extremely clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location is perfect. We have stayed in this villa multiple times and will definitely be returning. 10/10

The place could not have been more perfect for my daughter, her friend, and me. It was so close to the beach and we enjoyed our pool time a lot as well. The house had everything we needed and everything went smoothly!! You will love it!

Lovely cottage - clean, cozy, and perfect for us and our two young kids. The kitchen was great and the laundry was so nice to have. Really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and wagon. The beach and pool were SO close to the cottage, as was a stop for the free trolley. Host communication was excellent and they even offered early check-in. Loved the stay here!

Well equipped kitchen. Walk to beach and pool was easy. Host provided information on time and check in was allowed as soon as it was ready. Pictures were accurate of the villa. Convenient to many shops, restaurants, and free bus services.

John was wonderful! There is a reason this property is 10 out of 10! Our host was super responsive. The property was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Thank you for the umbrella! It saved me lol. The property is right next to the pool and so close to the beach that had the most beautiful sand I’ve ever felt! We will definitely return to this gem! Thank you

Property was really nice. The owners were easy to work with and communicated really well. Easy walk to the beach and conveniently located across the street from restaurants with good food.

Best getaway with my mom and 16 year old daughter!!

Beautiful condo with perfect location to both the beach and restaurants and trolley. Will definitely stay here again!! 7-11 right across the street, and Captain Curt’s so close!!!!!

Loved our stay!

This property was perfect for our family for our recent trip to Siesta Key. John was great to work with and very responsive! Would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area. The close proximity to the beach and being able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops was a huge plus!
