“Lovely hotel, friendly staff and warm comfortable rooms. Restaurant fare however was disappointing and overpriced for a hotel of this quality. Breakfast on the other hand was extensive and very good.”

“The accommodation, though clean, is very tired. The leatherette headboard was worn and needed replacing. The television reception was poor with no signal at times. The bathroom suite was old with mildew around the bath.
The restaurant and bar were comfortable and traditional. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem changing the chicken curry brought to the table for the vegetarian one I actually ordered! The new menu is not an improvement and we wouldn't eat in again. I……

“The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. ”

“This is smallest LUXURY room I have ever stayed in
Although very small it was comfortable but very impactable for 2 adults
Although advertised as a dog friendly hotel I would say more dog tolerant than friendly. For breakfast we were directed to the bar area which was extremely cold and not very comfortable, those guests without a dog were able to use the dining room which was warm and welcoming.
We had booked a table for 2 for dinner on the first night and when we arrived there was no……
