"This hotel is walking distance to many things. The North end is close by. The room and bathroom is big and spacious, which I liked. I didn’t like the window blinds. There are two blinds that you have to crank a chain to open and close. Then when you raise them up, people across the way can see directly into your room. I felt no privacy. The toilet was temperamental. It seemed to only flush completely at every 3 flushes. Other than that, the hotel and room is nice. The doorman Eddie is very nice and helpful. He gave us suggestions on where to eat and directions on how to get to places."

"The location was perfect for walking the Boston area. Free coffee was a plus. Our room was ready so they allowed us to checkin and drop our luggage. The Logan Express dropped off within a block from the airport for free. Shopping and dining options very close by. Duck boats are right next door. Nice grocery close by."

"Property clean and staff nice. Bar can get backed up or slow. Room was clean, sheets kept popping off corner of bed- slightly annoying. Lost and found is a lifesaver. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful 10/10."

"From the moment we were greeted by Rudy the doorman and throughout the stay; the entire staff was kind, courteous and professional. The area felt safe and had the added security of needing a key card to access your floor. The valet parking was on the expensive side but was efficient. If in the area again, I would definitely choose this hotel."
