BRAND NEW Large RV on Huge backyard in The Heart of Longmont

This 31 ft RV is BRAND NEW. It is on my large property but is accessed from a private gate. It is immaculate and has everything you need to stay - just bring your clothes.

In the heart of Longmont and walking distance to all services. 15 minutes to Boulder & the Rocky Mountain Foothills or 30 minutes to Denver. 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 minutes to Denver International Airport.

1 Full bedrooms with a brand new, quality KING mattress1 full bathroom. There is also a Full Eat-in Kitchen and a Large TV with Cable. Wireless internet provided. Lots of off-street parking.

I will only have 2 guests in this unit

No pets or smoking of any kind allowed.

We provide STARTER staples IE: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags. For convenience, there is a Walgreen's two blocks away and a King Sooper's grocery store close by.

Please be aware we are only renting for the summer months.

This was just what I wanted and needed. It was safe and secure. It was clean and comfortable. Darine stocked it with everything you would put in a big house. I lacked nothing at all. The bed was comfortable. This was an RV, so the bathroom was small, but it had a shower, sink and toilet--all squeaky clean. The air conditioner and the heat worked perfectly. The TV was easy to operate. The kitchen sink is nice sized. Plenty of lighhting. If you are one person, it would be perfect. Two people would be comfortable. It did have two bunk beds for kids. Easy access to amenities in Longmont. Darine checked if you needed anything. She was easily available and extremely kind. I was happy to be there.
