Our home is in a secluded, wooded, waterfront community. Most houses are fairly removed from each other and everything is very peaceful and calm.



Our home is situated mid-bank waterfront, meaning there is short and relatively steep ascent/decent to the beach on a switchback trail to the water, ending in a bluff to the sand.



Newer, San Juan County regulations prohibit us from building stairs to the beach and the climb is not difficult for many but could prove difficult for some.
