“There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. We don’t understand why guests were given rooms next to us when there were only 4 rooms occupied in the entire……

“I saw some pretty horrific reviews of this place and got scared that i was going to show up and have to immediately leave. HOW WRONG THEY WERE!! This ppace is quaint and a little older, but it was clean and comfortable and safe. The only thing that i would complain about is that there is O marina view. Idk where they took those pictures, but it wasnt this hotel lol i had a giant tree in front of my window and coulsnt see anything. There may be ONE room that can see the marina in the whole……

“It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. ”

The room we stayed in is in adjacent building on Rosario property. You have access to private beach area and private garden. The room has Roku, microwave, coffee. There is no noise filtering. “Our overall experience was great. While the decor and general vibe are straight out of the '80s (as you can see from the pictures), everything else was fine. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. For around $100 a night, you get a microwave, a fridge, and they even provide breakfast—so there's nothing to complain about.”
