“There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. “This was a beautiful property about a mile and a half outside of town, so it was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and even had generous bathrobes too use. I would stay here again the next time I am on San Juan Island!”

“Unique hotel with some quirks. Great location, walkable to downtown and all the restaurants. Staff is friendly and responsive. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We stayed in a room that had a shared bathroom; and it seemed like quite a few of the rooms were sharing. One of the showers has not very much room and the curtain really hugs you.”

“It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even……
