"We loved everything about our stay. Great location for visiting Lucca. Pool, ping pong table and cable ready TV gave the kids plenty to do when we weren't exploring. Conad market, local bakery, pizza place, garden restaurant were really all we needed for our stay."

"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. In zona a quell'ora tutto chiuso eccezione del forno 24h ore a 15 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, dove siamo arrivati completamente zuppi. Personale...

You must have her cook for you, every item of food is from her farm or nearby farms and the food was perfect! We really enjoyed our time here with not only the accommodations but the company. "A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa which had superb views over Luca. Massimo, the owner, was lovely and spoke very good English explaining the places we should visit. He was very tolerant of us as we left things behind but rang us to let us know before we had gone too far! Thank you"

"This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. Great location, it is not far from restaurants, a local shop and only about 15 mins from the tourist are with the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, etc. Our host Virginia was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. "The bedroom and bathroom were very large in comparison to other hotels in my time in Italy. It was in good condition and comfortable. The view from the window was of the local street and the tower of Pisa. We tried to get dinner at the rooftop restaurant upon check in at 9:30 pm, as the staff at the desk said the kitchen was open until 10pm, but upon arriving at the restaurant, the staff said the kitchen was closed and we would only be served drinks. Luckily there were several restaurants on the street happy to serve food. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The buffet had a wide variety to choose from. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful."
