“We spent our mini honeymoon at Pennys motel we are blown away by how perfect everything was! Check in was smooth the bar was amazing the cocktails were delicious and the oysters were perfect the staff were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the fire and the s’mores and the great people we met there! We will definitely be back!”

“The guest rooms are clean and the staff are polite. It would be even better if there were more temporary rest areas for check-in guests in the lobby.”

“We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK.”

“We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go……

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”

“Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. ”
