This modern duplex in a beautiful setting is located in the Centro Zone of Loreto, around the block from the beach and marina, on the grounds of Coco Cabañas and casitas. The property is landscaped with many types of palm trees including many coco palms, tropical & desert plants with flowers and fruit trees.

With 2 master bedrooms downstairs and a curtained off bedroom upstairs this house will sleep 6 comfortably. One of the master bedrooms features a King bed, night stands, built in closet, over head fan, TV and mini-split air conditioner. The bathroom has a corner Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sink and lots of drawers and cabinets. The 2nd master bedroom has a Cal King bed, night stands closet, dresser, overhead fan, TV and mini-split air. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and cabinets & drawers. The sleeping quarters upstairs feature 2 twin beds with a night table and lamps in between, a small dresser, overhead fan and mini-split air conditioner. Next to this is a half bath with commode and sink.

The upstairs living room, dining room and kitchen is wide open with a full tiled balcony outside facing the Sea of Cortez. This deck has table and chairs. The living area has a large couch and large screen TV. The dining and kitchen areas both have table and chairs. The kitchen also features a large refrigerator, 5 burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes and a dish washer. There are overhead fans and lights galore.

We are located at the end of a callejon so there isn't any traffic going by. This is one of the quietest (if not thee quietest) places in Loreto Centro. Within walking distance to most all the establishments in Loreto. Four blocks to the town square, only a 6-8 minute walk. Shopping and dining just minutes away. If you have more than one car, we have plenty of safe parking on the property.
