Clean comfortable and quiet room. Right in the Centre of Lorne. A short walk to the beach and located within walking distance of restaurants and the Lorne hotel. Staff were friendly, I had no need to bother them during my stay as the room had everything we needed upon arrival

This place isn't the Hilton BUT it is a great, honest, clean and convenient place for anyone looking to stay. The staff left you alone but were available if needed, the location is amazing, the noise is minimal and the rooms are comfortable and homely. We would happily stay here again if we return to Lorne. Thanks! :D

It was a bit noisy on the 1st night as sound travels between the units both from beside and above. Otherwise a great position, easy check in/out - mat all my needs well

Modern and spacious

Good location, spacious and modern. Parking is very tight and second bedroom beds moved about when sleeping. Walk to reception is either via steep steps or ramp. Wifi not working.

Très bon hôtel avec un bon potentiel...

L'hôtel est très bien situé sur la rue principale de Lorne et juste à proximité des commerces. L'accueil était très sympathique, le logement très propre et agréable ! MAIS... nous avions l'appartement 2B et celui-ci a la chambre qui donne sur la rampe d'accès au parking donc beaucoup de bruit !! De plus la fenêtre de la chambre n'étant pas équipée de volets ou de rideaux occultants, la lumière de la rampe d'accès située juste devant a été assez dérangeante pendant la nuit... c'est dommage ! Je pense que revoir l'isolation phonique de la fenêtre et l'emplacement de l'éclairage de la rampe d'accès devrait pouvoir résoudre ce petit problème pour que cela soit parfait ;-)

The one-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious but the walls were paper-thin, rendering it very noisy. Sleeping through the noise of the fridge rumbling and the hot water system ramping up in a door next to the bedhead was no fun. This was followed, later, by the noise of a flushing toilet and cistern filling - from the apartment next door, no less! It all rendered the experience extremely unpleasant and made for an interrupted sleep - not what we expected for the price we paid!

Great location except for light sleepers

Was a bit disappointed in our stay - so much so we actually checked out a day earlier. We had a room facing the parking lot, and the lights from cars woke us up at night time as the blinds do not fully protect. We also had (assuming) the neighbours turn on our TV at 4:50 am (am guessing a universal remote?), and could hear them through the walls or outside the door to the point we weren't really able to sleep well (and my partner brought a noise machine for this reason). Aside from that, the room was alright, not much to write home about. The main reason I would say to stay at this Motel is its close proximity to the main strip in Lorne, and it would be good for an overnight stop but I would recommend finding elsewhere if you were planning multi-days.
