Long Beach pride Festival

Long Beach pride Festival, Are staying in Franklin was enjoyable. I would recommend further to me a few more mirrors, since you only have one bathroom. It would help when a group is getting ready for the day. I also recommend to replace both of the futons in the living room. Very difficult for grown adults to sleep on. Overall stay was very pleasant. Thank you!

Parking

Parking was not good. It was a battle every single day for parking on our last day which was Monday we had to rush to move our car or we would of gotten a parking ticket. I think parking need to be addressed but other than that it was good. Would I rent this place again??? Uhmmm I don’t think so.

Not worth a long stay...

If you're just looking for basic amenities for a short stay then this may be okay for you. Four of us stayed here for 6 nights. There were plenty of beds and having the two couches was nice. However, we were provided five towels (only just enough...) and one roll of toilet paper. No dish soap was provided even though dishes must be hand washed. It was nice to have the clothes washer/dryer, but also had to buy detergent. The first thing we noticed was that the floors felt weird. Then we looked at our feet and they were all black. Had to wear shoes the whole time because the floors were nasty. The shower didn't appear to have been washed in a long time. There was pink grime in the grout and a rusty shower caddy in the corner where a spider had made its home. The beds weren't really comfortable and there weren't enough pillows, especially since the ones provided were very flat. The description says that an iron and a board are provided but we couldn't find them. The building is located off of a busy corner so you definitely hear the traffic and other activities in the area. Can be distracting for light sleepers. Also, parking can be a big hassle if returning late because you'll have to find a street spot somewhere in the neighborhoods. There isn't central A/C but the units provided were enough to keep the place comfortable. There are also ceiling fans. Basically, it's an okay place to stay but wasn't great for us especially since we stayed so long.

The apt was the not the apt in the pictures. The power went out Friday night so we were without power till Saturday afternoon. I bought food to cook since I was traveling with kids, and was unable to cook because the stove wasn’t working probably because the power went out , the owner said someibeb came to fix it. My 3yr old grandson got bit by a spider, There is spiders everywhere . I almost checked into a hotel

Just Okay

This place is in a decent location to access Long Beach and all its wonders but the area is pretty sketch at night and the place didn't seemed to be cleaned before we arrived. Within an hour of being at the rental, all of our white socks were black on the bottom. It was a cheap stay though so guess you get what you pay for

Long Beach, Short Stay

Overall the Vrbo was clean and comfy. However, it is located on a very loud and busy street - all day and night. There were two cracked windows which didn't help with the noise, one in the living room and the other in a room. After one night, we deemed it was too loud for us to comfortably stay. The host understood our concerns and we were partially refunded.

Stayed with some friends here and it was great, check in was a breeze and the owner always replied fast when I had any questions. The place was very clean inside and had no complaints. Would definitely book again.
