Nice two bedroom home near, beach, So-fi & LAX

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Only a 5 minute drive to LAX, 10 minutes from the beach, So-Fi Stadium and The Forum. 30 Minutes from Crypto.com Arena, 45 minutes from Disneyland. Home is standalone with private entrance and parking on the west side of the driveway. Backyard has a large garage and owners residence above, Backyard is not accessible for the front house use.

Host seemed really nice and location was great for visiting family. Close to the 405 and airport, but with it you do get noise from those and a train, and if visiting during the holidays the neighbors will have parties, but that's normal. We were only there to sleep basically. Things seemed clean, but our white socks got pretty dark on the bottom from the floors so they might need a better clean. The glasses in the cabinet had lots of smears and finger prints, so we had to wash before use. I would also recommend the host gets new pillows for the beds, or bring your own. The property is pretty old and with it, you get the quirks of doors not being able to shut and floors slope, but the host seems to be working on the property on the side as a contractor. Everything else was fine.

Craig was an amazing host! Place was ready at 12pm too which helped out so much with our early flight. Also the fact that this place is so close to a grocery store (Ralph’s) and Dockweiler Beach made this such an amazing stay. Plenty of TVs and sitting spaces in the house too. 100% would stay here again.

Stayed in town for a night for a concert. Found this spot fairly last minute. Was super clean, tons of extra food/snacks/drinks if we needed anything. Host was super communicative. Would stay again!

Great house in a nice little neighborhood. Had great single car parking and the yard was perfect! The interior was just as good and was super clean! Great TV’s, comfy beds, fully stocked w all the towels, linens and blankets you would need. Great place, super nice host who lives in back. Felt private and secure. Will be back.

I had an amazing 2-night stay here! The room was spotless and well-kept, and the host was fantastic with communication—quick to respond and very helpful. It’s a pet-friendly place, which made traveling so much easier. Parking was great and felt very safe, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.The host provided clear instructions about check-in, check-out, and house expectations, which made everything stress-free. There were also so many thoughtful amenities and snacks provided, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

I thought everyone was exaggerating regarding this stay, but it truly does love up to the hype. It's a very nice and clean older home in a great neighborhood. We walked the dog late at night and early in the morning with no issues. Rooms are very spacious with lots of storage space. It was a bit humid the weekend we stayed, but the window AC was perfect. Got to meet the owner who was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Single Parent Families

This stay was a great place for my family. The area is safe and quiet, the home is inviting and is central to most of LA. Communicating with the owner was immediate and incredibly accommodating. I asked if there was a toddler booster seat at the house, and the owner had one delivered to the house before we arrived on the first day. It's little things like that that made our trip special and more relaxing for this single parent. They have earned my 5 start rating.

Perfect location

I went with my sister’s and a friend to a concert at the Kia Forum and Craig’s place was just perfect for our stay. It wasn’t too far from the venue and the neighborhood is nice and quiet so perfect for coming in tired and just knocking out after a great day out. We didn’t get to go to the beach as it is still rather chilly but if the weather had been better it’s also in the perfect spot as the beach is a little under 4 miles away. The house was clean and well stocked, nicely decorated, felt real comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Craig reached out to me prior to my check in to follow up to make sure we were all set. When we arrived, the home was exactly as described. As a pleasant treat, there were waters, other beverages, a bottle of wine, and snacks there. Although we travel with our own personal items, Craig supplied everything for the bath. You just needed toothbrush. His place was perfect for my father's day weekend visit. All 4 of us were comfortable with the ease of the check in and out process. The location was perfect and suited our needs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. I am a travel agent by trade and will definitely have this on our list.
