Our spacious LIVE-ART Space has plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, a 55" Cable, Smart TV with all of the movie and sport packages and NETFLIX, HULU, etc., and power-reclining on the sofa and easy chair. It also features original plein-aire, palette-knife paintings from world-renowned artist ROBERT REYNOLDS.

Outstanding WIFI throughout the property. Fastest internet in the city through Frontier Communications. Also, two AMAZON ECHO DOTS for kitchen and bathroom music listening.

EAT!

The Cucina is equipped with brand-new appliances, including a new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster oven and microwave. Also has a coffee maker and fresh press for those feeling too lazy to walk to Groundworks (two minutes away) or the Rose Cafe (five minutes). Perfect for cooking or hanging and drinking wine before your walk to the beach.

Our place is equipped with three bedrooms, each with their own distinct vibe. Feel free to pick which one suits you best! All have PREMIUM mattress and four (two hard, two soft) queen-sized pillows, and ECO-SUSTAINABLE premium bamboo sheets.

THE HAVEN BEDROOM has a walk-in closet, a secretary desk, and a 43" Cable, Smart TV.

THE FLORAL ROOM has a mid-century clothing rack.

The SANCTUARY MASTER BEDROOM is mid-century with its own half-bathroom. It also comes equipped with a 43" Smart, Cable TV and a Walk-In Closet with a Dresser.

Both bathrooms come equipped with PREMIUM bath and hand towels and hair dryers.

PARKING

We have Visitor Passes for those who need to be able to street park. People very rarely have problems parking on our street. Garage access can be negotiated.
