the bed mattress was very dirty looking.... One of my pillows had sort of stuffing in it and held together with a safetu pin... No one speaks emglish... , You need to pay with ccash pecos for room No cell service in los ayala. Only wifi Staff was very good.. Also There web page Shows picture of beautiful location..But the picture is actually located in Puerto Valarta... Over priced.. 560 pecos per day except friday and saturday 760 pecos each day. Definietly frauduant picture of scenic location... Would never stay here. BEST TO BOOK A PLACE THERE FOR 2 DAYS and go look for other place to stsy

A good place to stay in Los Ayala.

I was there for 10 days, I have stayed there in the past year and have always been happy there. The room has a kitchen and a separate bedroom and was quite spacious. I think it is a very good place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were looking for reasonable accomodation short term on short notice. These bungalow studios suited us for 2 nights. Walking distance to everywhere. They were very accomodating with our delayed check in.

Thanks for the nice stay. We were surprised about no hand towels for kitchen or bathroom and no soap. Friendly staff though. Very clean.

Staff were trying their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible within the very limited circumstances. Admin was never present and obviously unaware of the situations that were going on at the property, or maybe they knew and didn’t want to face the many complaints people had. People took over the common areas (swimming pool and terrace) and even camped out in those areas. Constant black outs and a/c failing or not working at all. Definitely go and check the place before you book this property. Not even cheap in price. We checked afterwards and there are plenty of better places for less in the same town and within the vicinity. I’m sorry but we aren’t coming back.

the streets are in terrible condition to difficult to find the place the beach is cover by vendors and tables of the restaurants so how visitors can enjoy the most important thing THE BEACH

Very noisy,no toilet paper, room not cleaned, only sheet on bed,big gabs in door,door not secured properly,people barbecuing right in front of hotel, parting around pool, parking not secure. Hard to find, NOT RECOMMENDED, 3 flights to climb to room

The rooms were spacious and I had a room which included a kitchen with a refrigerator. I did not like the white walls and really no decorations. Felt like a prison plus the air conditioning is turned off during the day which gets really hot. The only provided 2 towels for a 6 person room. They gave me 2 more but I had to ask. Will not stay here again
