This stunning oceanfront villa sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and high-speed internet. The amazing outdoor living space features an incredible, infinity pool, hot tub, firepit, and rooftop deck. The private beach has amazing snorkeling and spearfishing. It is located a 20 minutes drive North from Los Barriles and 5 minutes to one of the best beaches on the East Cape. Book your stay today and relax in style!



The villa sleeps 6 guests comfortably in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with an ocean view and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and a bunk bed with the bottom bunk a full bed and the top bunk a twin bed.



The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and high-speed internet. In the living room and Primary bedroom you`ll find Smart TVs with US channels.



Guests have full use of the property.



We live and work in Los Barriles. We love it here and want you to as well. We are happy to be your concierge service for your trip. Our goal is to help make this your best vacation ever!



Home is in the up and coming neighborhood of Montemar North of Los Barriles.



We recommend airport transportation to either the house or one of the ATV rental companies. The house is located on one of our favorite drives in the area! See stunning views of the sea of Cortez on the way out to the property.

The house was great. Los Barriles life was very responsive. They had a nice housewarming snack waiting when we arrived. The pool, hot tub, house and casita are well appointed and worked great for our group. We love to snorkel and the reef is just 50' out from the shore. The fish are amazing, we saw at least 50 different species. It is a bit of a scramble down to the water as the slope is rocky. There are some good sand beaches about a mile north of the house.
