Stunning Garden and Pool View – 700 square foot updated condo located at Marina Sol Residences & Resort , this condo can sleep up to 4 guests and is perfect for a couple with one or two kids

***We now have free calling for all our guests, that's RIGHT unlimited worldwide calling in our Casa Jardin with a private telephone line that is hard wired and has a very clear connection. Enjoy the abundant fun and activities in the world class resort of Cabo San Lucas from this centrally located luxury condominium. This one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen garden condo is ground level entry with no stairs and has direct access to the beautiful pool and courtyard area of Marina Sol Resort. The location is very private and quiet and the large bedroom features a quality king size mattress with high thread count linens, overhead ceiling fans and lots of closet space. The living room has a pull out futon for sleeping, a 42 inch Smart TV that gets over 200 channels and a blue tooth speaker .The adjoining 3 piece bathroom has a tiled shower, quality marble finishes and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with Refrigerator, stove, microwave and all the small appliances you would find in your own home. Private wifi and smart TV connections have been installed in the condo. Expand your space to the outdoors with sliding doors that open from the living room to the patio. The patio has a beautiful gas BBQ Seating for 4 guests and a spectacular view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard area.

I enjoyed my stay at casa jardín. It was confidently located. The grounds were nicely kept. It is an older complex but things were in order. The Findo was a nice size for 1 or 2 people and the bed was comfy. The only critique I have is that the condo is not set up for remote workers. The coffee table is too low. I used the tops of the linen bins for my lap top which worked out fine my suggest ruin would be to provide a small folding table. Internet was perfect. Staff was perfect. Would stay by here again.

Loved everything about this place

From the pickup, to the welcome greeting at Marina Sol, to our final moment, service was top notch. Ivan and Rosa made sure we were well taken care of. Place was centrally located. 5-10 min walking distance to Walmart, Mango Deck, and nightlife. Will absolutely stay here again!!

Home away from home

My 2nd time here and I love this property. The atmosphere is relaxed and there was plenty of staff around including security at night. I love that the property is gated. The pool setup is just right and the food at the restaurant is pretty good although we didn't eat there too much. The only obstacle was that check-in was a bit wonky as we arrived on a Sunday. Nobody at the check-in area, and the staff that ended up helping didn't speak much English so we figured out a few things on our own about the unit on arrival. Just something to be aware of, not a big issue. Building C at ground level was a great spot.There was some loud music coming from across Building D some nights that I heard guests complain about but it didn't bother us much. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Perfect location, great amenities, exactly what we wanted

We spent one week in the Marina Sol resort apartment, and it was outstanding. Located close to the marina, beach, restaurants, but still having a private 'feel' to it with a convenient pool and restaurant on hand if needed. Next to Walmart for groceries and mangos. Great coffee shop across the street, and bakery two blocks down. Spa onsite. The apartment was clean, cool, well stocked/maintained, had a good view of the pool and center area, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back again.

Lovely grounds and great location

This trip was for myself and my best friend of 25 years. We're 45 years old. The condo was as described. Very well organized and had everything we needed. Having a beach umbrella, cooler and two chairs was clutch! The beach is so close (less than a 5 minute walk) Wonderful places to eat, drink and get coffee are right outside the property. We only used an Uber to get to and from the airport. We walked everywhere else. The staff at Marina Sol was awesome. Thanks to Ivan and Lily for the great recommendations and hospitality! A few highlights in the area: Edith's restaurant (10/10!), 360 Bar and Aleta restaurant in the Corazon Hotel, Taboo Beach Club in Me Cabo Hotel, Cocks Bar, Bar Esquiera for coffee and food in the Mahia Hotel Jarro's Mexican Food, Medano Massages ($50 for an hour and half!), Medano beach, boat ride from beach to The Arch ($15/person), Tamara Beach Club and the Marina. The shower water never got warm or hot but the sinks did. While this was a bummer, we just took quick showers. It was hot enough outside that this wasn't terrible. Sharing here to reconfirm what previous guests have said BUT I would still stay here again. Great value and outstanding location and hospitality. I hope to return with my husband next year.

Good location Excellent communication

The location would be perfect except for the hill to walk up to get to the closet beach. To get to the marina, it is best to walk through the mall to avoid the hill as well. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. Ivan meet us when we arrived and took care of everything we needed with a "I take care of it" and a smile and follow through.

Small one bedroom

Pros - great location, great a/c. Cons - very small. If you want to use the kitchen, it is very dysfunctional with no place to prepare food or eat. The bedroom is very small. The bed Is almost against the window wall making it very hard to get in and out of bed and it is the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Lastly, if you like a nice long hot shower, you won’t get it here. 5-7 minutes of warm water at best. This was our third stay at Marina Sol. Both other stays were much larger one bedrooms in building A, for very little more money. We will be back to one of those condos.

Nice condo in a great location!

Our first time to Cabo and we really enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location if you like to walk the town, which we do. It is very safe and secure, the staff at the complex is awesome and the pool is a great feature. The marina is 2 blocks away as is the town. So many places to visit, 1 week is not enough. If you want to be close to everything, but like to feel a little tucked away, Marina Sol is the place to stay.

Relaxation and Location

We enjoyed our stay at Marina Sol. It was easy to walk to dinners, the marina and the beach. No problem finding chairs to lounge by the pool. The pool bar had a new 2 for 1 every day and a good happy hour. Easy check-in and check-out. Looking forward to coming back in the future
