“It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. ”

“There’s nothing I enjoy more than coming back to a place after two years and being remembered. Everyone was eager to provide anything I needed, from towels to every small detail. I truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the location is fantastic. If you’re going to Pucón, I don’t think you’ll find a better spot.”

“This cozy and comfortable hostería is a true gem in the city of Pucón. I had just arrived in town, and was looking for a central place to explore the area. Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. Nothing is fancy here, but it’s perfect for an efficient and relaxing stay. The daily breakfast was extensive and delicious! (On that note, do yourself a favor and sample some of their home-made, freshly-baked……

“parking si disponible … non mentionné dans leurs site alors que c’était pour nous une priorité dans ce choix .. arrivée désagréable le soir 30 minutes pour trouver une place dans la rue tard ;( wifi médiocre et aucune terrasse extérieur, la seul étant verrouillée;( je n’ai pas habitude de critiquer mais aucune réceptivité du gérant. ”

“由於飯店本身是個舊的建築物' 所以很多東西都很舊' 包括浴缸' 洗手台' 以及桌椅' 地板都很舊' 飯店本身的結構都是用木頭做的' 所以久了就會有這些問題 ! 房間內沒有熱水壺供應 ! 這點就很不好'因為天氣冷'沒有熱開水供應真的很難想像！”

“Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great”

“Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above ”

“Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also”
