「Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. 」

「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

「What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! 」

「Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. 「Fabulous welcome pack, Lesley greeted us and made sure everything was ok. Tamsin’s Cottage was everything we expected and more. It felt loved and homely with everything you needed for a great stay. 「Lovely stay with family, everything you need in accomodation. Dog friendly! Good base to visit some real gems! Visit Fowey Harbour.」
