MGM Louisville hotels

"Well, i went there to relax. I felt very disappointed that my first time and first night ever being at this hotel, there where some kids. There where running around knocking on peoples door. The next day the power was out for three hours, and on top of that, then we sat outside for almost 30 mins. I was told there may be a fire, (allegedly) & then the fire department came. I just felt like they should have took something off my tab or even offer up some accommodation for all the inconveniences. Talking about mother nature. Well with all the money you pay to stay here, i saw the other hotels around with generator backing them up. Over all the place was clean the people where nice, just hate for a first time visit...first impersonation should be the best and i didnt get that from them. I went there for a mental break, and instead they gave me more aniexty. I was going to stay a couple more days until the kids knocking ...but then the power and fire department just made me say just go home. Crazy thing is people told me not to go there, its costly and its not worth it, i hate to say they maybe some what right. ."

"Nice hotel but not easy to deal with. Charge HIGH prices to park and you have to use their parking no option. NO access direct to hotel from parking garage have yo use parking elevator to go back to street level then around building to desk and inside elevators for rooms. When you check in they tie up your cc for 200 for what they call added expensive. ??? Checked out almost 12 hours ago and still have my money on hold "

"This hotel is easily worth the money, and everyone must try the Hot Brown. I visited with my elderly mother, with the idea that local relatives would visit us there. They did. The lobby is excellent for this, and the room offered a sumptuous sofa, which also fit the bill. The Cafe has a limited menu, and the prices on the Internet are incorrect. Sad part is that there is no menu in the room. Front desk says to use online menu. This is why I can only give four stars. That said, the food is good, although a room-service cinnamon roll, which cost a shocking ten dollars (versus six on the menu) showed up as no more than a petrified hockey puck. All else was great, including the Manhattans at the bar. Beware--the fine-dining room is closed. "

"Our room was on the side by the interstate and the traffic noise was very loud. The staff at checkin was very friendly and helpful. "
