「I drove around for an hour waiting for a parking space to become available close to the hotel. There was no one on site at 7 pm when I arrived, and my code for the outside door would not work. Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all.」

「Overall it was a good stay, the place was dated but very clean and we loved the little coffee bar setup. I really wouldn't recommend more than 4 people though it can hold more, it was a bit tight with 5 of us. Comments from my friend include the need for serving size bowls and to check dishes that guests have washed. Would also recommend some coat hooks over the shoe tray inside the front door. Overall, excellent host with good communication, we had a good stay for that part of our trip.」

「Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! 「 The room itself was decent. It was not the cleanest. The floors turned my feet black and the closet was dirty. And the cabinets had pink stuff on them. But the bed was clean, there were no bugs and overall it was very quiet. And for the price I would stay again. As a warning you only get two towels and a roll of toilet paper for your whole stay some prepared. Cleanings are only supposed to take place once a week. We never had it happen in our weeks stay. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well suited for multiple families. We were in town with some friends for a baseball tournament. Friends took the lower level unit and we took the upper unit.
