「Very clean. Loved the tub. Nice to have owners close/on site. Much better than dealing with a "rental company". Very spacious without feeling like wasted space. Just and FYI, if you're coming in winter, pay attention to the weather. The driveway can be a little dicey with snow. 」

「We enjoyed our five-night stay. Apartment complex is very secure, requiring a key to enter gate and door entrances. Just few blocks from 4th Street Live and Derby Center Gaming, as well as many other restaurants. Free reserved parking spot attached to apartment complex. Host was very accommodating.」
