We stayed at this property from June 1–7 and were very disappointed with the overall condition of the apartment, particularly its cleanliness and sleeping accommodations.
Upon arrival, the apartment did not appear to have been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was visible dust, dirt in multiple areas, and a general feeling that housekeeping had been rushed or neglected. Several parts of the kitchen required additional cleaning before we felt comfortable using them, and the bathrooms also appeared less than thoroughly cleaned.
The biggest disappointment was the condition of the beds and bedding. The sheets felt old, worn, and made from an uncomfortable synthetic material that trapped heat and made sleeping unpleasant. The mattresses were among the most uncomfortable we have experienced in a vacation rental. They appeared old and heavily used, offering very little support, which resulted in poor sleep throughout our stay.
While the apartment is spacious, the size alone does not compensate for the lack of cleanliness, outdated bedding, and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. Cleanliness and a good night’s sleep are fundamental expectations for any accommodation, and unfortunately this property fell short on both counts.
We are careful reviewers and understand that every property has occasional issues. However, the concerns noted above were significant enough to affect our overall experience. We believe future guests should be aware of these conditions before booking.
