Woluldnt stay again

Properly is tired and needs updating especially the kitchen no wardrobe in the bedroom you have to use the cupboard where the vacuum/ironing board etc are stored Apartment sleeps 4 i think but there enough furniture on the balcony to seat 14 people far to cluttered and we didnt like the fact that the apartments next door can peer on our balcony there were 3 men next door and they kept looking over which made us very uncomfortable.Worse of all was the cleanliness of the towels and bedding absolutely disgusting with stains on them ( photos attached )which is totally unacceptable glad we were only here 4 day's.

Agréables déjeuners et soupers sur la terrasse. Belles soirées au clair de lune. Endroit calme. Seul bémol, le canapé et les cousins des chaises tâchés. Mauvaise odeur aux toilettes des canalisations.

Lugnt område med trevlig omgivning gångavstånd till fin sandstrand.

Trevlig lägenhet med solig och fin terass. Hade varit en toppenlägenhet om den hade varit uppdaterad med helt parasoll, helt utebord, dynor till stolarna på terassen saknades och sopkärl locket trasigt. Madrasser i sängarna saknades. Hade varit trevligt med kontakt med uthyraren när vi kom så man kan få info om lägenheten och när vi lämnade för att åka hem.

Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. Walking distance to marina, beach & supermarket. The use of the bikes was fantastic. We used them every day. Pool area was great, nice & quiet. The apartment had everything you want. Only thing I would say is that there is not much hanging space for clothes. The balcony is very spacious. We would definitely come back.

Well appointed apartment in the perfect location.

On arrival everything was as stated. The apartment was well furnished and provided everything needed for a week in the sun, and the balcony was perfect to catch the sun from early morning until late evening. We were able to sit out every night enjoying the peace and quiet, although only a short distance away from the Marina. We have been to Vilamoura many times but this visit was extra special with the added bonus that the apartment included the use of the Vilamoura puplic bike system, which is not available to tourists. We used them most days and thoroughly enjoyed the freedom they offered. Having been many times before, we would search this property out for future visits as we encountered a flawless visit on this occasion. We would highly recommend it.

Leider gab es nur zwei deutsche Fernsehprogramme und keine Sitzauflagen für die Stühle draußen desweiteren könnten neue liege Auflagen empfehlenswert sein da doch etwas heruntergekommen aber ansonsten sehr schön

mini séjour découverte du 4 au 8 mars 2017

Appartement très confortable et terrasse agréable dans une résidence très bien entretenue. Mais côté literie, à revoir....( draps et couvertures très propres mais insuffisants car seulement un petit radiateur mobile pour chauffer ce grand appartement...et nous avons eu froid !). Pour les amoureux du calme, vous pouvez venir à cette période car de nombreux logements inoccupés.On a bien découvert l'Algarve (trop défigurée par les constructions, dommage !). Ne manquez pas l'extrême sud- ouest, magnifique côte. Pourvu que les promoteurs en soient à jamais chassés....

Excellent Location

The apartment is in a really good location with the beach. town and marina all within a 10-15 minute walk. The balcony overlooks open land and the complex was very quiet when we visited (early June). On arrival we had a few teething problems with the beds and bedding. This was addressed by Greice and Margarida at Greice Homes in a timely manner however, the main beds have definitely seen better days and the apartment would benefit from a nice new double bed (or new single beds if that is the owners preference). The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the living area was a decent size and comfortable for the two of us. The satellite/cable tv was not connected but not a problem for us as on the rare occasion we watched TV we used one of the DVD's from the large selection available in the apartment. The bathroom was very clean and modern and does have a bath with a shower over it. The use of the free bikes came in very handy when visiting the beach or just for a blast to get the breeze! Falesia beach is gorgeous and worth a visit for a stroll or a sunbathe. We enjoyed meals in and around the town and found Quarteria a nice place to walk along the seafront and more of a local town than Vilamoura - good to have a choice. All in all we had a really good holiday.
