Topazio - Pool & near the center by HD PROPERTIES

Discover Topazio, a modern and elegantly furnished apartment in Vilamoura, perfect for families and groups of up to 6 people. This spacious 68m² apartment offers all the comfort you need for unforgettable holidays in the Algarve.



The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, including a double bed and two single beds, as well as a sofa bed to accommodate all guests. The fully equipped American kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, with modern appliances such as a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.



Located near the centre of Vilamoura, Topazio is strategically situated a short distance from essential amenities. Just 5 metres from a Spar supermarket, and 1000 metres from the bus station, you'll have everything within reach. The famous Vilamoura Marina is just 2 km away, and the stunning Falésia Beach is 2.5 km away.



The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a television with satellite channels for entertainment moments. The shared pool is a fantastic extra for relaxation moments, perfect for families with children.



Additional features include an iron, and it is located in an ideal area for families, close to restaurants and local businesses. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.



At a short distance from attractions such as the Dom Pedro Golf Course (3 km), AquaShow (6 km) and just 25 km from Faro Airport, the Topazio is the perfect location for memorable holidays in the Algarve.



No groups of young people under 25 are accepted.

Beautiful property very modern and clean . Loved the coffee shops local coffee shops and spar directly downstairs.However ,phone intercom not there and curtain poles broken . No reception to meet us and took us nearly 2 hours to find and get help for apartment keys .lEventailly phoned Virbio and lady came with keys .
