Villa 'Mng Elliott42' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Almancil, the villa Mng Elliott42 has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 128 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.

This vacation rental features a pool (can be heated for an extra fee), open terrace, covered terrace, 2 balconies, and a barbecue for your enjoyment.

Near the property guests will find a wide range of beaches, golf courses, mini golf, bicycle rental, water sports, children's club, sports areas, horse riding options, tennis centres, restaurants, bars and live music during the summer.

Free parking is available on the street.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The property has step-free access and interior.

The property offers homemade/homegrown produce.

The host can arrange the following service: breakfast, shuttle service from/to the airport, Green Fess reservation at Vale do Lobo fields, grocery shopping service, beach towels and cleaning service 4 days a week, 1 h/day.

Comfortable location but villa needs an upgrade

The location of this villa is good, with only a 10min walk to the beach/ Praça restaurants and a 15min walk to reception area. Sea view from the villa, over the golf course is lovely. But this villa could really do with an upgrade; swimmingpool tiles are falling off, 2nd bathroom smells (probably the pipes?) and is not clean (needs a thorough steam cleaner session!). And the interior (especially bedrooms) could use an update.
