We had clearly indicated that we were three adults, yet only two sleeping arrangements were prepared — and none of the duvets had any covers. Even worse, we found suspicious stains on the sheets that appeared to be feces — completely unacceptable for accommodation advertised as “luxury.” Overall comfort was lacking: there were no shutters on……
