「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...

「Staff and clean room」

「Room was clean. Location is perfect. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Testarurant was great. Only tow complaints: our coffee cups were not cleaned by housekeeping and the during check-in that kept insisting that my children have some sort of photo id for the city tax. We are currently residing in nearby Toulouse where we had left their passports in the B&B safe. The woman at the front desk couldn't seem to believe this and was kind of rude about it.
