“From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. My suite was fully stocked with utensils, a washer and detergent, and the Wi Fi was actually fast! Can't wait to come back!”

“Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Vermieter per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass wir frühzeitig anreisen würden, und um eine Schlüsselübergabe gebeten. Trotz dieser vorherigen Absprache war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. Selbst nach zahlreichen Anrufversuchen erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Wir haben daraufhin Expedia eingeschaltet, deren Mitarbeiter……

“Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft wusste nichts von einer Buchung als wir dort ankamen. Sie sagte, dass sie diese Unterkunf gar nicht über diese Plattform (auch VRBO nicht) anbietet. Bei Rückfragen wurde ich damit vertröstet, dass VRBO zuständig sei und haben mir lediglich eine Telefonnummer angegeben. Beim Versuch dort anzurufen, hiess es, dass diese Nummer nicht in Betrieb sei. Auch die Kontaktangaben wie Mailadresse und Telefonnummer des angeblichen Anbieters der Unterkunft, waren entweder……

“ Many family activities in the area. Good local amenities. Apartment is sufficiently large. Beautiful garden with pool. Danube River at the front door. - Cleanliness could be better. The carpet, in particular, hasn't been vacuumed in a while. The bed is very soft. The pillows are much too large and therefore unusable. Essential kitchen equipment, such as a simple frying pan, is missing. During the night, a mouse came into the kitchen and tried to eat our supplies. The rustling kept us awake……
